All elements of this website (texts, visuals, logo, screenshots, the “Coach DJ Pro” brand) as well as the Coach DJ Pro software are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Rekordbox is a trademark of AlphaTheta Corporation (Pioneer DJ). Serato and Serato DJ are trademarks of Serato Limited. These trademarks are mentioned for compatibility purposes only; Coach DJ Pro is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by these companies.

4. Personal data

The Coach DJ Pro application runs 100% locally: no audio file or mix history is ever transmitted to a server. The only data processed online relates to license validation, operated by our provider LemonSqueezy.

Data collected through the website forms (sign-up e-mail, license purchase) is used solely to provide the service and is never sold. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

Third-party processors involved in data handling:

• LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) — payment processing and license delivery. LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record: it collects and processes buyers' payment data under its own responsibility. Privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
• Vimeo (Vimeo, Inc.) — tutorial video hosting and playback. Vimeo players are embedded with the Do Not Track parameter enabled (dnt=1): no tracking cookies are set without consent. Privacy policy: vimeo.com/privacy.

5. Cookies

This website does not use any advertising cookies or analytics tools. The only cookies that may be set come from the Vimeo player, embedded with the Do Not Track (dnt=1) parameter to minimise tracking. Online payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, whose checkout opens in an iFrame on the lemonsqueezy.com domain and is subject to their own cookie policy.

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without being able to guarantee it. Coach DJ Pro is a training and analysis tool; the scores and advice provided are for guidance only.
