2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect data strictly necessary for the service to function:

• E-mail address — when purchasing a license or signing up to the newsletter. Purpose: license key delivery, update communications, customer support.
• Payment data — collected and processed exclusively by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). LEARNYMIX has no access to any banking data.
• License validation data — when activating the application, a request is sent to LemonSqueezy servers to verify the license key. No audio data or mix history is transmitted.

The Coach DJ Pro application runs 100% locally: your audio recordings, mixes, music library and analyses remain exclusively on your machine. No personal data generated by the application is sent to our servers.

3. Sub-processors

• LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) — payments and licenses. Merchant of Record: bears responsibility for processing payment data. Privacy policy.
• Vimeo (Vimeo, Inc.) — tutorial video hosting. Players embedded with the dnt=1 (Do Not Track) parameter to limit cookie placement. Privacy policy.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website audience measurement. Data is anonymised before transmission. Privacy policy.
• o2switch — website hosting. Servers located in France. Privacy policy.

4. Retention periods

• Account and license data: retained for the duration of the license, then 3 years after the end of the commercial relationship.
• Payment data: retained by LemonSqueezy in accordance with their legal obligations (generally 7 years for accounting records).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of your data;
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data;
• Right to object — object to processing;
• Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format.

To exercise these rights, write to support@coachdj.net. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Google Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to measure audience and analyse visitor behaviour. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies on your browser. Data collected (pages visited, session duration, traffic source) is sent to Google and stored on its servers, potentially in the United States. Google LLC adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
