Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller identification

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern any order placed on the website coachdj.net, published by:

Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), acting as Merchant of Record: LemonSqueezy is legally responsible for billing, payment collection and VAT management according to the buyer's country.

2. Products and licenses

Coach DJ Pro is a desktop application (macOS and Windows) distributed as digital licenses. Three license types are available:

A free version is available without purchase, limited to 3 analyses per rolling 30-day period.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). The applicable VAT is calculated and collected by LemonSqueezy according to the legislation of the buyer's country, in accordance with Merchant of Record rules.

LEARNYMIX reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of the order are the only ones applicable.

4. Order and delivery

Orders are placed via the secure payment form provided by LemonSqueezy. Upon payment confirmation, the buyer receives by e-mail:

Delivery is immediate and digital. No physical media is shipped.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law (Article L.221-28 13° of the Code de la consommation), consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase.

Exception: this right expires as soon as the buyer has expressly waived it by ticking the relevant box at checkout and has started downloading the software. This waiver is collected by LemonSqueezy at the time of payment, in compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Lifetime license and updates

Standard and Pro Complete licenses are granted for life for the major version of the application purchased (e.g. v1.x).

They include all updates and bug fixes for the relevant major version, with no time limit.

In the event of a new major version (e.g. v2.0) bringing substantial new features, a preferential upgrade price will be offered to existing lifetime license holders. The previous version will continue to work indefinitely; no obligation to purchase the upgrade is imposed.

7. Subscription — cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. The buyer may cancel at any time from their LemonSqueezy customer account or by contacting support@coachdj.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund for the remaining days. Access to Pro features is maintained until the expiry date.

8. Warranties and liability

LEARNYMIX undertakes to provide functional software that matches its description. In the event of a proven defect, support is available at support@coachdj.net.

Coach DJ Pro is a pedagogical analysis tool: scores and advice are provided for guidance only. LEARNYMIX cannot be held liable for artistic or commercial decisions made by the user based on these analyses.

Compatibility with third-party DJ software (Rekordbox, Serato DJ) is maintained where possible. Corrective updates are released in the event of incompatibility caused by changes to those third-party applications.

9. Intellectual property

The license granted is strictly personal and non-transferable. The buyer may not resell, sub-license, decompile or reproduce the software. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

10. Governing law — disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via support@coachdj.net. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. Consumer buyers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
